We operate a fleet of fully-equipped customer service vehicles, so in the majority of cases we will already have the right parts on board to carry out the repair on the spot. If a different part is required, we will order it immediately.
Our state-of-the-art logistics centre is staffed around the clock by about 150 people. Thanks to the latest material requirements planning procedures, we can guarantee over 95% availability of spare parts. Modern warehouse technology allows the parts to be despatched within hours, ensuring that the correct spares are on board customer service vehicles the very next morning.
