Need a repair for your forklift truck but don't have a maintenance agreement?
No problem! With just one call, one of our trained service engineers will be on his way in his service vehicle — with a full range of original spare parts on board. Our extensive service network means we can guarantee rapid response times, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
However, if you want to have your forklift modified or converted (due to a change in operating conditions, for example), then our customer service engineer is the person you need to speak to. For more extensive modifications or general overhauls we may need to take your forklift into the workshop in one of our distribution centres. We will gladly provide you with a replacement truck from our rental fleet while your own is out of commission, so you can carry on operating without interruption.
