Linde Material Handling at the Bauma 2007 trade fair
Aschaffenburg, 30 January 2007 - With a transparent stand concept, numerous product innovations and a strong team made up of product experts and sales consultants, Linde Material Handling is going to the world's largest trade fair for the construction and mining industries (Bauma), taking place between 23 and 29 April 2007 at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. At stand 331 in Hall B4, the company will be presenting both of its divisions: market-leading trucks and warehouse vehicles as well as hydraulic drive technology and electronics.

This year's stand takes the cube as a defining element of the Linde Material Handling design module. Cubes that appear to be placed loosely on top of one another or in a row serve as functional information points or discussion areas. The central element of the stand is a catwalk on which the latest trucks and warehouse vehicles will be strutting their stuff for the visitors.

The models

This will be the German premiere of the new 39x Series industrial truck, the Linde H14 to H20 diesel and LPG trucks with their 1.4 to 2.0 tonne lifting capacity. The trucks, which went into series production at the end of 2006, will be on display for the first time at the trade fair to be viewed by a wide range of trade visitors. They will be joined by the larger 39x Series models, which have been setting the standard in terms of economic efficiency in the construction industry and the construction materials trade for many years. All the models feature Linde hydrostatic technology with direct drive, engine technology that is perfectly suited to truck operation and, last but not least, the tried and tested 39x Series vehicle concept with overhead tilt cylinders, vibration-reducing decoupling of the drive axle and driver cabin, as well as electronic control of the lift mast functions using a handy operating lever.

An electric fork lift truck from the current E12 - E20 Series with 1.2 to 2.0 tonne lifting capacity will also be in the spotlight at this event. The trucks offer greater performance in combination with lower energy consumption. This is achieved through a number of features including a maintenance-free, enclosed drive axle that incorporates all important components such as power elements, traction motors and lift motors, as well as energy management with precise battery discharge indicator, integrated battery charger and a total of five options for a quick battery change. There are other new products in the warehouse trucks range: two double deck loaders and a high-lift truck of the matrix design are going into series production. In addition, the R14x to R17x reach trucks and the T20 SP/AP low-lift truck will be on show along with VNA (very narrow aisle) trucks. With the Linde vehicle data management system (LFM) and the illustration of human vibration during truck operation, Linde MH will show the progress that has been made regarding the increasingly important services that accompany products.

Complete hydraulic systems

The Linde Hydraulics division will have its own area at the trade fair stand. After all, the electric and hydrostatic drive systems are not only the main unique selling point of the Linde fork lift truck. Hydro pumps, hydro motors, solenoid valves, electronic controls and rotary drives are indispensable components for traction and operating systems in diggers, wheel loaders, road surfacing machines, telehandlers and mining vehicles. The exhibits will include the speed-regulated HPV-02 CA axial piston pump, a modular valve plate system and compact monoblock solutions as well as LinDiag® diagnostic software for simple parameterisation of traction drives and fast error diagnosis in the field.
