Hendrik van Duuren – ROSSMANN From a strategic logistician in the Royal Netherlands Army to managing international supply chains at Herbalife,

and ultimately to the pinnacle of retail logistics: Today, as Head of Logistics for Dirk Rossmann GmbH, Hendrik van Duuren oversees one of the most demanding logistics operations in the German retail industry.

Luca Borg – ROSSMANN With a Master's degree in Production and Logistics Management, Luca drives innovative projects at ROSSMANN.

He most recently managed the logistics for the permanent display, which won the ECR Award last year. He is now the project lead for the major innovative project, RoCaP.

Matthias Baier As Director Supply Chain Management Industrial Technology at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Matthias Baier drives strategic development and efficient global supply chain solutions.

With a rich career trajectory at ZF, including leadership roles in logistics and supply chain design, he leverages extensive expertise to enhance competitive advantages and strengthen supply chain resilience in industrial technology.

Tobias Arndt is Executive Vice President Global Operations at SCHUNK SE & Co. KG, where he oversees the entire process from order fulfillment to customer delivery.

With over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, he possesses comprehensive expertise and a deep understanding of the demands of modern supply chains.

Ulrike Just has been Executive Vice President Sales & Service for Linde Material Handling in EMEA since 2023 and a member of the Executive Board of Linde Material Handling GmbH since 2024.

Frank Heptner, Vice President and Co-Lead of the Automation Business Unit of Linde Material Handling, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in supply chain solutions and international sales. A seasoned expert in developing sales structures and driving change management, Frank specializes in international sales and realization of holistic and integrated automated warehouse solutions.
