Additional personal data, such as your email address, name and address, are only collected if you provide them voluntarily, e.g. when using our contact form to send an enquiry or when registering for our extranet. You provide this data on an explicitly voluntary basis and with your consent. We use your personal data solely for the purpose for which you provided it to us, e.g. for the purpose of corresponding with you about your enquiry or processing a contract. Your enquiries may also be forwarded to our importers and authorised dealers. Your personal data will not be used for other purposes without your express consent. World of Material Handling 2022:
We collect and store your personal data, e. g. name, address, travel data, etc. only insofar as it is necessary for the preparation and implementation of the "World of Material Handling 2018 (WoMH)" event. If necessary for the provision of specific services (travels, hotels), we pass part of your personal data on to external service providers. These service providers were carefully selected by us, commissioned in writing and are bound by instructions. They will delete these data after the contract has been fulfilled.
You have the right to request information from us about your personal data saved any time. This also applies to the origin of your personal data, the recipients to whom these data are passed on and the purpose of storage. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. 3. Job applications

If you apply for a job at one of our companies electronically, your personal data will be treated confidentially and used solely to process your application. The transfer of data are encrypted.

4. Forwarding of data

Your personal data will not be transfered to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. Where external service providers have access to your personal data, we have put legal, technical and organisational measures in place and carry out regular checks to ensure that the external service providers comply with the provisions of data protection law.

On our website, we use the consent management tool CCM19, a service from Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Auguststr. 4, 53229 Bonn, Germany (“CCM 19”). The tool allows you to save your preference for the use of cookies on this site. The data is processed for the purpose of obtaining and documenting the necessary consents for data processing.

Cookies may be used for this purpose. During this process, among other things the following information will be collected and sent to CCM19 (server located in Germany): date and time the page was accessed, a random ID, consent status. 6. Webanalytics and Online Marketing Services

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 on this website. This is a web analytics service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).

We use Google Analytics 4 to allow us to analyze and regularly improve use of our website. By evaluating the statistics, we can continuously improve our content and make our website even more interesting for you.

Google Analytics 4 uses “cookies”. These are text files that are saved on your computer and enable analysis of your use of our website.

Information about your use of the website, which is obtained using cookies, is regularly transmitted to Google servers and stored by Google. Further transmission to Google LLC servers in the USA and storage there is not excluded.

When using Google Analytics 4, the IP address transmitted by your device when you use the website is only collected and processed by default and automatically in an anonymous manner, meaning that the collected information cannot be directly linked to a particular person. This automatic anonymization is carried out by Google truncating the IP address transmitted by your device to remove the last digits within European Union (EU) Member States or other signatories of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).

We have obtained your consent to process your data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR. Your consent also includes the transfer of the data to the USA with the risk of data being accessed by authorities.

Google evaluates the information on user behavior on our website for us, creates reports on this and uses the data to provide us as a website operator with further services related to website and Internet use.

When using Google Analytics 4, the IP address that is transmitted by your browser and truncated will not be combined with other data stored by Google.

You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website. etracker(not cookie based)

On our website, we use the services of etracker GmbH, Erste Brunnenstraße 1, 20459 Hamburg, to analyze usage data. We do not use cookies for web analysis with etracker.

The collection and processing of data is based on the legal provisions of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f (legitimate interest) GDPR. Our interest in terms of the DSGVO is the optimization of our online offer and our web presence. As the privacy of our visitors is important to us, the data that may allow a reference to an individual person, such as the IP address, registration or device IDs, are anonymized or pseudonymized as soon as possible. No other use, combination with other data or transfer to third parties will take place.

On our website, we offer applicants the opportunity to apply by providing personal data and to register on the applicant portal. The data is entered into an input mask and transmitted to us and stored. In addition to the data protection declaration of the career page, the following applies:

The registration with e-mail address and password is necessary for the provision of certain contents on our applicant portal.

Your personal data and the submitted application documents will be deleted within six (6) months after completion of the application process, unless we are required by law or an official decision to retain them for a longer period of time or unless we need this data to settle outstanding claims. If we enter into a contract with you, the information submitted will be recorded in the electronic personnel file.

The data will be passed on to employees of the personnel department and the respective specialist department of KION GROUP AG or the subsidiaries commissioned with filling the vacancies. Your personal data will also be processed on our behalf by the operator of the Umantis online application management tool (so-called order data processing). The order data processor is Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co.KG, Munzinger Straße 9, 79111 Freiburg, Germany. This stores your personal data, which you make available to us through your application, on a server in Switzerland. Switzerland has a data protection level comparable to that of the EU. This has been established by the European Commission in an adequacy decision. Your data is therefore just as secure under data protection law as if it were a server in Germany.

You can withdraw your application and cancel your registration at any time. In this case, your data will be deleted and your application removed from the application process.

If you process personal data on this website, you are the person concerned pursuant to Art. 4 No. 1 DSGVO. You are entitled to the named data subjects' rights vis-à-vis those responsible.
